Analista de Soporte

Responsibilities

• Operate application access supervised by the area to protect digital assets
• Manage incidents and process technical tickets
• Maintain internal platforms and ensure correct functioning of identity and access tools
• Perform analysis, request fulfillment, and assurance of standards
• Monitor for anomalies and handle technical assignments and escalations
• Provide credential support and manage user administration

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field
• Experience in user administration and access management (servers, databases, or applications)
• Knowledge of access control models such as RBAC, MAC, DAC, or ABAC
• Knowledge of scripting or automation for access and user account administration
