Responsibilities

• Gather and update information to improve internal processes, business schemes, and executive reporting for AFyA areas.
• Document current processes to design and implement modifications based on continuous improvement principles.
• Update project statuses and prepare presentations and reports to facilitate strategic decision-making.
• Support the development and monitoring of projects aligned with AFyA strategies.
• Create presentations regarding project improvements, status updates, process flows, newsletters, and communications for various departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Informatics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in administration, project analysis, and executive presentations.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, Reports, Tracking, Charts, and Macros).
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating executive-level presentations.
• Experience with design tools such as Canva.
• Knowledge of process flows and diagrams.
• Proficiency in Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge using Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
