About the role
Responsibilities
- Notify insured parties or third parties regarding valuation results and the type of compensation to be granted.
- Provide customer support by managing all incoming calls and emails related to the valuation and determination process.
- Inform clients of the payment amounts according to the compensation type, ensuring a supportive experience to improve satisfaction.
- Guide customers on the necessary steps to follow within their indemnification process.
- Perform additional administrative tasks related to the claims area.
Requirements
- Completed high school diploma or an ongoing/completed university degree.
- Experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working within the insurance sector.
