Analista de Siniestros (Valuación)

Responsibilities

• Notify insured parties or third parties regarding valuation results and the type of compensation to be granted.
• Provide customer support by managing all incoming calls and emails related to the valuation and determination process.
• Inform clients of the payment amounts according to the compensation type, ensuring a supportive experience to improve satisfaction.
• Guide customers on the necessary steps to follow within their indemnification process.
• Perform additional administrative tasks related to the claims area.

Requirements

• Completed high school diploma or an ongoing/completed university degree.
• Experience in customer service or call center environments.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the insurance sector.
