Analista de Siniestros

Responsibilities

• Analyze claims area income through the SIGS system to ensure correct accounting.
• Evaluate claims documentation to define appropriate treatment and management.
• Prepare collection letters for presentation to insurance companies.
• Integrate and safeguard claims files and documentation.
• Coordinate and supervise repair processes in assigned automotive workshops.
• Provide customer service to clients, insured parties, agents, and third parties via telephone and email.
• Act as a liaison between adjustment, valuation, and workshop departments.
• Conduct occasional workshop visits to validate on-site valuation processes.
• Generate monthly follow-up and results reports.

Requirements

• Completed high school diploma or degree (completed or incomplete) in administration or engineering.
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, data crossing, and data analysis).
• Mandatory experience working in automotive workshops.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance sector, customer service, call centers, or vehicle valuation.
• Knowledge of insurance claims, policies, and vehicle mechanics.
