Analista de Siniestros Autos

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and follow-up for auto insurance claims, including refunds, complaints, and payment status.
• Manage provider relations by receiving and processing invoices and validating payment procedures (damages, refunds, total losses).
• Ensure correct file integration by uploading documents to image viewers and maintaining documentary control.
• Perform data entry and updates for claimants in administrative systems, including bank account registration.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as valuation and payments to ensure service level compliance.
• Manage CFDI billing processes, including cancellations and validations for both clients and providers.
• Maintain operational logs and control tools to ensure organized administrative workflows.

Requirements

• Completed college degree in Administration, Business Administration, or a related technical career.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and information control.
• Experience or knowledge regarding auto insurance claims (siniestros autos).
• Knowledge of billing processes and CFDI management.
• Ability to handle administrative systems and office administration tasks.
