Analista de Servicios Bancarios

Responsibilities

• Manage official requests received from the CNBV via the SITI_AA platform.
• Coordinate with support areas to request the necessary documentation and information required by regulatory authorities.
• Prepare and draft formal response letters to authorities in a timely and accurate manner.
• Apply research and problem-solving techniques to ensure continuous improvement in regulatory processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Administration, or Accounting (Degree completed or in progress).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Authority Relations (Atención a Autoridades).
• Strong knowledge of the Law of Credit Institutions (Ley de Instituciones de Crédito).
• Knowledge of the general provisions issued by the CNBV.
