Analista de SAC Jr.

Responsibilities

• Support representatives, salespeople, internal/external customers, and resellers regarding orders, invoices, deliveries, and complaints.
• Manage return, replacement, replenishment, and extension processes within the system, following them through to resolution.
• Handle customer inquiries via 0800 phone lines and email.
• Negotiate solutions for delayed orders, partial deliveries, priority requests, and merchandise substitutions.
• Analyze sales orders for potential changes to ensure compliance with commercial policies and order structure.
• Register and monitor customer complaints, ensuring they are closed by the responsible departments.

Requirements

• Completed higher education in Systems, Accounting, Administration, Economics, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or Logistics.
• Must be a current permanent employee of Amanco Wavin (internal opportunity only).
• Minimum of 1 year in current role/since last promotion for technical, administrative, or management positions.
• Minimum of 6 months in current role/since last promotion for operational positions.
• Performance rating of at least "Within Expectations" in the last evaluation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with SAP.
• Knowledge of the company's product line.
