Responsibilities

• Prepare and review information for actuarial valuations
• Manage labor terminations and related administrative processes
• Coordinate and review information for audits
• Reconcile and review contributions to flexible plans and account balances
• Manage logistics and coordination for Pension Plan Committee meetings
• Design, coordinate, and review the flex selection process
• Support pension plan accounting and other related tasks

Requirements

• University degree in administrative or social sciences
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client relations
• Strong analytical skills and a service-oriented attitude
