Responsibilities

• Promote, facilitate, and monitor health and safety culture through programs and indicators.
• Ensure efficient, transparent, and effective Human Resources operations with clear service agreements.
• Guarantee that employees receive correct and timely payroll payments.
• Manage personnel processes including hiring, terminations, and status changes.
• Ensure timely coverage of vacant positions within the organizational structure.
• Support the deployment of institutional communication campaigns and messages.
• Assist in engagement processes and initiatives to improve the work environment.
• Develop and follow up on the social agenda defined for the business units.
• Exemplify and promote CEMEX values and behaviors.

Requirements

• Degree in Bachelor's or Engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources positions.
• General knowledge of Human Resources processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong focus on customer service, results orientation, and problem-solving.
