About the role
Responsibilities
- Promote, facilitate, and monitor health and safety culture through programs and indicators.
- Ensure efficient, transparent, and effective Human Resources operations with clear service agreements.
- Guarantee that employees receive correct and timely payroll payments.
- Manage personnel processes including hiring, terminations, and status changes.
- Ensure timely coverage of vacant positions within the organizational structure.
- Support the deployment of institutional communication campaigns and messages.
- Assist in engagement processes and initiatives to improve the work environment.
- Develop and follow up on the social agenda defined for the business units.
- Exemplify and promote CEMEX values and behaviors.
Requirements
- Degree in Bachelor's or Engineering.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources positions.
- General knowledge of Human Resources processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong focus on customer service, results orientation, and problem-solving.
