Analista de Recursos Humanos Eventual

Responsibilities

• Act as an HR business partner to determine staffing needs and implement talent recruitment strategies
• Lead recruitment, selection, and induction processes for new employees
• Lead employee engagement activities and events
• Provide guidance to employees regarding company policies and procedures
• Support the payroll administration process and manage employee personnel files
• Maintain attendance systems and update relevant records
• Manage and renew administrative processes using Workday, indicators, and repositories
• Maintain communication channels and ensure constant contact across all departments
• Manage the entry and accounting of documentation from HR providers

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with HR management systems, preferably Workday
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and teamwork skills
• Availability to reside near the Tio Pujio Plant (Córdoba)
