Analista de Recursos Humanos

Responsibilities

• Capture and register daily incidents for payroll, selection, training, and human resources administration processes.
• Manage personnel movements, including hiring, onboarding, and terminations, using the SAP system.
• Conduct initial interviews and review information for external job candidates.
• Integrate and maintain personnel files by compiling necessary documentation and updating personal data.
• Support payroll and corporate HR departments in locating and centralizing documents for government agencies such as IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT.
• Generate reports regarding personnel incidents and candidates in the selection process to ensure information is constantly updated.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or a related field.
• Specialization in Recruitment and Selection.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience.
• Availability to travel.
