Analista de Recuperación de Cartera

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to the national collections team to meet assigned recovery goals
• Validate payment applications and collection efforts in PROFIL to maintain updated portfolio balances
• Prepare and distribute follow-up reports for the three collection treatments
• Provide field executives with client information and manage collections according to company policies
• Manage processes including portfolio loading, payment reclassification, account reassignments, and refunds
• Coordinate provider changes and the operational/administrative aspects of special campaigns
• Coordinate process modifications or implementations with the BI team
• Advise field executives and supervisors on management indicators to standardize operational discipline

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Actuarial Science, Economics, Informatics, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with collection indicators (Call center, Field, and External Agencies)
• Advanced database management and programming skills
• Advanced Excel programming
• Data analysis and statistics skills
