Analista de Reclutamiento y Selección

Responsibilities

• Ensure the recruitment of suitable internal and external candidates for various business areas through specialized search and selection processes.
• Develop capabilities to identify and attract candidates that meet the specific profile requirements of different business units.
• Manage and track recruitment processes using Success Factors.
• Conduct interviews and administer psychometric evaluations.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and follow up on coverage goals and hiring metrics.
• Apply institutional regulations to ensure candidates successfully move through the hiring process.

Requirements

• University degree in Psychology, Administration, or a related field (graduated or in progress).
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
• Proven experience recruiting for the financial sector or specialized profiles such as IT, Audit, Legal, HR, or Wholesale Banking.
• Strong knowledge of psychometric evaluations and competency-based interviewing techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using Success Factors.
• Intermediate English language skills.
