Analista de Qualidade Sr

Responsibilities

• Lead the investigation of non-conformities (NCRs), identifying root causes and managing corrective and containment actions.
• Monitor quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide analytical reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Promote a culture of quality through training and engagement initiatives for the team and contractors.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle to increase operational efficiency.
• Plan and execute field audits and inspections to ensure adherence to contracts and the Quality Plan.
• Partner with Supplier Quality to manage deviations and support the evaluation of contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Practical experience in quality management within project or service environments.
• Advanced English and intermediate Spanish proficiency.
• Proven ability to apply quality tools such as root cause analysis and risk-based thinking.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate is a plus).
• Availability for national and international travel (approximately 10-15%).
