Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and follow up on client requests during the contracting process.
• Coordinate with internal areas to ensure high service levels and timely responses.
• Develop deep knowledge of product schemes and processes to provide quality service.
• Perform assigned functions with responsibility and a commitment to continuous improvement of the customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura).
• 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles, customer service, or similar areas.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office.
