Analista de Projetos de P&D

Responsibilities

• Structure, elaborate, and submit R&D projects according to ANEEL guidelines
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Ensure compliance with the ANEEL R&D Manual and other applicable regulations
• Prepare and consolidate technical and financial reports and accountability documentation
• Control project timelines, scope, budget, and deliverables
• Interface with technical areas, universities, startups, suppliers, and external partners
• Support audits, validations, and regulatory processes with ANEEL
• Evaluate the technical, regulatory, and strategic feasibility of new projects

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Administration, Technology, Project Management, or related fields
• Experience with R&D projects regulated by ANEEL
• Proven experience in the submission, monitoring, and accountability of regulated projects
• In-depth knowledge of the ANEEL R&D Manual and applicable regulations
• Experience managing medium to high complexity projects
• Knowledge of the electricity sector, preferably in energy distribution
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong ability to control deadlines, scope, budget, and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with technological innovation in the electricity sector (smart grids, smart metering, asset digitalization, AI, or analytics)
• Knowledge of TRL, MVP, prototyping, and innovation models
• Experience working in energy distributors, consultancies, or research centers
• Knowledge of PMBOK, agile methodologies, or hybrid models
• Proficiency in Power BI, MS Project, Jira, or similar tools
• Intermediate or advanced English
