Analista de procesos - Semi Senior

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process elicitation (macro to user tasks) for personal loans, vehicle purchases, and secured loans.
• Document business rules, exceptions, and data requirements to enable technical teams to build APIs and interfaces.
• Generate functional specifications including API contracts, acceptance criteria, and user stories ready for development.
• Design processes using BPMN notation and complementary diagrams for development and testing.
• Propose process redesigns and optimizations using Lean methodologies to simplify fragmented solutions.
• Coordinate with architects, developers, QA, and Product Owners to ensure traceability and validate deliverables.
• Deliver key artifacts such as process maps, activity catalogs, data definitions, RACI matrices, and user story backlogs.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in process management and elicitation.
• Proven experience in retail banking, personal loans, vehicle loans, or secured lending.
• Experience translating processes into technical requirements (API contracts, user stories).
• Practical knowledge of BPMN for process design.
• Strong ability to produce clear technical and functional documentation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Certification or formal training in BPMN/process modeling.
• Experience in core banking environments or financial application consolidation projects.
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs.
• Familiarity with requirement management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) and user validation.
