Analista de Procesos

Responsibilities

• Correlate data from culture, organizational climate, and engagement with business metrics to identify strategic impact patterns
• Translate complex analyses into clear executive presentations for senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Develop innovative, data-driven proposals to drive Organizational Development and Culture initiatives
• Build and optimize data collection system architectures tailored to Human Capital needs
• Apply AI-driven deterministic models to analyze complex scenarios and project impacts on organizational behavior and climate

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis (experience in Human Capital or HR is highly preferred)
• Degree in Data Science, Actuarial Science, Market Intelligence, or a related field
• Intermediate proficiency in Python and SQL
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Looker, Google Colab, Gemini, or Claude
• Proven experience in designing and developing interactive digital dashboards
• Knowledge of Big Data methodologies
