Analista de Procesos Jr.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and optimize operational, administrative, and documentary processes.
• Implement digital automation and AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Reduce execution times and strengthen digital transformation initiatives.
• Utilize AI prompting and AI agents to automate repetitive tasks.
• Create process diagrams, procedures, and instructional manuals.
• Manage documentation and apply Lean Management principles to continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Process Engineering, Administration, Data Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in process documentation, continuous improvement, administrative automation, or digital transformation projects.
• Proficiency in Power Automate and the Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint).
• Hands-on experience with AI prompting and the use of AI agents.
• Strong skills in process diagramming and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power Apps.
• Knowledge of Integrated Risk Management.
• Project management experience.
• Familiarity with Civil Protection regulations.
