Analista de Planeación en Operaciones Internas y Distribución

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the weekly and daily capacity plan, guaranteeing available capacity for last-mile operations.
• Monitor and analyze the execution of schedules and rostering to ensure alignment with demand and business objectives.
• Manage and anticipate capacity risks, proposing mitigation actions for deviations between plan and execution.
• Collaborate with Operations, Routing, Flow, and Procurement teams to identify opportunities and develop strategies.
• Analyze the performance of different last-mile models (fixed and variable fleets) to optimize cost, productivity, and service levels.
• Develop data-driven proposals to improve key metrics such as capacity compliance, execution rate, and cost per shipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the logistics network.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related fields.
• Experience in analytical roles within logistics, supply chain, or planning.
• Proficiency in handling large volumes of information using advanced Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of Python and SQL is highly desirable.
