Analista de Pagos Digitales

Responsibilities

• Monitor digital transactions in real-time to identify variations in approval and rejection levels.
• Perform detailed analysis of transactions segmented by issuing bank, acquirer, and payment method.
• Coordinate the investigation and resolution of unjustified rejected transactions with providers and banks.
• Provide data-driven insights to support negotiations with issuers and vendors to improve approval rates.
• Participate in the implementation and validation of payment routing, gateway configurations, and anti-fraud rules.
• Perform daily reconciliation to ensure approved, rejected, and disputed transactions match between payment, anti-fraud, and accounting systems.
• Maintain and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including Bank Approval Rate, Conversion Rate, and Rejection Rate.
• Manage and implement requirements from internal stakeholders regarding digital payments, anti-fraud, and chargebacks.

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Economics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in transaction analysis, digital finance, or payment gateways.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, and Tableau.
• Strong knowledge of Payment Gateways, Processors, and Orchestrators.
• Intermediate English language skills.
• Availability to travel to branch or warehouse locations as needed.
• Strong focus on results, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
