About the role
Responsibilities
- Review mortgage and consumer credit products to ensure compliance with current regulations and policies
- Execute credit disbursements and associated payments
- Confirm the accurate registration of operated credits
- Establish necessary controls to ensure operational integrity
- Participate in process improvement meetings
- Perform documentary reviews and prepare reports and performance indicators
- Provide support and attention to internal clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (must be graduated)
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience
- Strong knowledge of credit processes and Microsoft Office
- Availability to work standard business hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in operations, contact centers, credit processes, audit, or branch banking
- Familiarity with banking systems such as Altamira, CREa, Sistema de Cartera Apolo, or SAPSOA
