Analista de Operaciones B

Responsibilities

• Review mortgage and consumer credit products to ensure compliance with current regulations and policies
• Execute credit disbursements and associated payments
• Confirm the accurate registration of operated credits
• Establish necessary controls to ensure operational integrity
• Participate in process improvement meetings
• Perform documentary reviews and prepare reports and performance indicators
• Provide support and attention to internal clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (must be graduated)
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience
• Strong knowledge of credit processes and Microsoft Office
• Availability to work standard business hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in operations, contact centers, credit processes, audit, or branch banking
• Familiarity with banking systems such as Altamira, CREa, Sistema de Cartera Apolo, or SAPSOA
