Analista de Operaciones Adquirente C

Responsibilities

• Attend to and follow up on technical requirements and incidents reported by merchants to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide technical advisory for merchant integrations to ensure correct transaction processing and operation.
• Execute merchant certifications to guarantee system integrity prior to production release.
• Analyze and validate merchant transactions and reporting to ensure operational accuracy.
• Monitor service levels (SLAs) and escalate critical incidents according to the established matrix.
• Support management with project tracking, new functionality requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Administration, Systems, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and Database management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in customer service or vendor management with a service-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO8583 messaging standards.
• Experience in payment methods, e-business, or platform certification.
• Understanding of Project Management fundamentals (PMI).
• Experience with technical testing and system requirements.
