Responsibilities
- Provide advisory and support for Acquiring Operations procedures, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Apply internal controls efficiently to guarantee high-quality data capture and information management.
- Manage assigned procedures to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met, even in high-pressure environments.
- Execute the correct capture and integration of required documentation and information within the operational process.
- Drive productivity, quality, and service excellence in all assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Administration.
- 2 years of professional experience.
- Proven experience in Acquiring operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
