Analista de Operaciones Adquirente A

Responsibilities

• Attend to and follow up on technical requirements and incidents reported by merchants to ensure timely resolution according to service levels.
• Provide technical advisory for merchant integrations to ensure correct operation and transaction processing.
• Execute merchant certifications to guarantee system integrity and operational stability prior to production release.
• Analyze and validate merchant transactions and reporting to ensure operational accuracy.
• Support management in project tracking, new functionality requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Escalate critical incidents following established matrices to ensure high-quality service and merchant retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Administration, Systems, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience in customer service, vendor management, or client-facing roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Ability to travel occasionally if required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of payment methods, e-business, or platform certification.
• Experience with ISO8583 messaging standards.
• Understanding of Project Management fundamentals (PMI).
