Analista de Inteligencia, Datos y Ejecución

Responsibilities

• Optimize processes and productivity by creating standardized tools to maximize net operational productivity and improve business results.
• Manage and simplify operational data to identify bottlenecks, detect performance improvement areas, and propose action plans for deviations.
• Define, standardize, and design new Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure uniform operational control.
• Monitor and perform hourly tracking of KPIs to enable agile and timely decision-making that positively impacts daily operations.
• Drive the operations team to self-evaluate performance and lead their own action plans when targets are not met.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in analytical roles such as Business Intelligence, Business Analyst, Consulting, or Planning.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Proven ability to transform complex data into actionable insights and communicate them clearly to commercial, product, and decision-making teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in E-commerce, Fintech, or Tech sectors.
• Knowledge of Python or R.
• Experience working with Artificial Intelligence tools.
