Analista de Innovación

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review project definition and scope documentation
• Design test matrices to ensure functional, technical, and business coverage of applications
• Apply manual validation and verification techniques
• Perform result analysis, defect detection, and follow-up on solution management
• Establish continuous improvement processes in the testing cycle, including test case documentation and quality metrics
• Provide error prevention recommendations to development and analysis teams

Requirements

• Technical degree, Engineering degree, or related field
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in software testing
• Proven experience in QA and Software Quality Assurance
• Fluency in Spanish
• Availability to relocate if necessary
