About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform pre-liquidation of premium payments to enable cashier execution in the administrative system
- Manage the rehabilitation of policies outside the grace period at the request of business areas
- Handle the return of unearned premiums, pending balances, or non-applicable payments
- Confirm unapplied payments and manage the return of incorrect or duplicate payments for accounting reconciliation
- Generate SART references for premium payments
- Monitor checkbook controls to identify expenditure movements for corresponding payments or returns
Requirements
- Degree or Engineering in Economic-Administrative fields (in progress or incomplete)
- Knowledge of accounting and statistics
- Experience in accounting reconciliation and database management
- Experience in customer service
- Proficiency in Google Suite and basic Microsoft Excel
- Experience in administrative management, planning, and control
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Cashier, Service Advisor, or Service Analyst
- Familiarity with insurance corporate services or executive service roles
- Experience using various systems for cash movements, policies, and value controls
