Analista de Ingenierías MDT

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects related to topography, grade design, soil mechanics, and hydrology for urbanization and building projects.
• Interpret topographic, hydrological, and soil mechanics data to drive project execution.
• Generate and deliver executive plans required for correct urbanization and building implementation.
• Manage earthwork processes and ensure effective cost controls within the project context.
• Lead and supervise direct subordinates, ensuring quality of results and achievement of established objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals aligned with project needs.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Civil 3D software, specifically for earthwork and managing "Projects" (Data shortcuts).
• Proven experience interpreting topography, hydrology, and soil mechanics studies.
• Experience in the preparation and delivery of executive plans for earthwork solutions.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple deliverables.
• Strong communication skills to present strategic concepts and opportunities clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in earthwork projects focused on residential developments.
• Experience with executive hydraulic projects.
