Analista de Gestión UNE

Responsibilities

• Provide attention and follow-up to complaints, claims, and clarifications filed by clients and users of the institution.
• Develop investigation skills to resolve user inquiries effectively.
• Apply legal knowledge to establish a criteria for attention based on legality.
• Ensure high-quality service and professional handling of all institutional claims.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (Licenciado en Derecho).
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience.
• Proven experience working with CONDUSEF or within legal firms.
• Experience drafting legal responses and formal written communications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, including the use of pivot tables.
• Fluency in Spanish.
