Responsibilities

• Provide attention and follow-up to complaints, claims, and clarifications filed by clients and users of the institution.
• Develop and apply investigation skills to resolve user issues.
• Apply legal knowledge to establish a service criterion based on legality.
• Ensure high-quality service and attention to every client interaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (Licenciado en Derecho).
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience.
• Experience working with CONDUSEF or within legal firms.
• Experience drafting legal responses and official written statements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in customer service or contact centers (e.g., Banortel).
