Analista de Gestión de Proyectos Jr

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support in the management, tracking, and coordination of projects.
• Monitor project activities and ensure the timely completion of deliverables.
• Coordinate and document follow-up meetings, including the creation of minutes, agreements, and commitments across different areas.
• Manage communication between teams to ensure clarity regarding requirements, progress, and deliverables.
• Develop presentations, reports, and key email communications.
• Support backlog control and ensure all commitments are met in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Experience Design, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in project management (PMO), operational coordination, or similar roles.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in document control, including minute taking and agreement tracking.
• Intermediate level of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and task-tracking skills.
• Fluency in Spanish.
