Analista de Gestão e Controle do Programa de Eficiência Energética Sênior

Responsibilities

• Manage and control indicators and financial movements for the Energy Efficiency Program.
• Perform financial control including disbursements, balances, and legal obligations.
• Support governance and standardization of indicators across multiple distributors.
• Consolidate and validate strategic and financial information for the program.
• Develop and coordinate executive reports and corporate reports for leadership, Iberdrola, and ANEEL.
• Drive structural improvements in processes, automations, systems, and workflows.
• Act as a technical reference to ensure data quality, integration, and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Administration, or Economics.
• Regulatory knowledge of the ANEEL Energy Efficiency Program.
• Strong skills in data collection, treatment, consolidation, reconciliation, and critical analysis.
• Experience in constructing and monitoring KPIs.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work onsite in Salvador, BA.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Advanced use of AI tools (such as Copilot) to improve productivity.
