Analista de Fundos Previdência

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute end-to-end commercial campaigns and communications
• Perform calculation, control, and monitoring of financial commercial campaigns for clients and advisors
• Manage projects and initiatives with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and deadlines
• Develop economic evaluations and feasibility analyses to support commercial decisions
• Act as a liaison between Marketing, Data/BI, Technology, Operations, and Customer Service
• Contribute to the structuring and evolution of pension products
• Develop management reports and presentations to support decision-making

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pension product areas, campaigns, or commercial projects
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and control
• Strong organizational and coordination skills for managing multiple fronts
• Ability to perform economic evaluation and quantitative analysis
• Degree in Economics, Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related fields
• Proactive profile comfortable in dynamic environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI or data visualization tools
• Project management experience
• Experience managing commercial campaigns or distribution channel incentives
• Certifications such as CFA, CFP, or CGA
• Data-driven storytelling and presentation skills
