Analista de FP&A Sênior

Responsibilities

• Report financial results for business areas and define key performance indicators
• Build short, medium, and long-term financial projections based on business drivers
• Partner with business and technology teams to drive decisions through financial analysis
• Analyze performance across XP Inc.'s different business units and lead strategic initiatives

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of finance, financial reporting, and financial modeling
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills
• Analytical, hands-on profile with ability to influence stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead initiatives within multidisciplinary teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Brazilian financial market products (Fixed Income and/or Variable Income)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Experience with Databricks
• English proficiency in reading and listening
