Analista de Formalização JR

Responsibilities

• Act as an interface between NPL Commercial and other areas (NPL, Legal, and Regulatory)
• Request and organize client documentation, ensuring completeness and adherence to internal requirements
• Control documentary pendencies and perform follow-ups with clients and internal teams
• Monitor the formalization flow from approval to the signing of contractual instruments
• Control signature status and relevant process dates
• Monitor deadlines and obligations assumed in contractual instruments
• Alert responsible areas in case of delays
• Update area systems, databases, and controls including spreadsheets and dashboards

Requirements

• Degree in Law, Business Administration, or Economics
• Experience in Formalization, Operations, or Middle Office within banks or asset managers
• Law degree is a differentiator
