Analista de Flotillas

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage post-sale actions for leasing contracts to address client requests upon contract termination.
• Review documentation for returned units, integrate corresponding files, and follow up on missing paperwork.
• Verify the legal status and vehicle debts of units through digital platforms.
• Receive and assess the physical and mechanical condition of returned units.
• Perform physical inventory of existing assets to ensure proper condition, prevent deterioration, and maximize resale value.
• Provide customer service, including coordinating inspection visits and unit deliveries.
• Generate statistics and reports required for the administration of held assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience.
• Experience in administrative, accounting, operational follow-up, or customer service roles.
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced filters, and basic analysis functions).
• Strong skills in database administration and analysis.

• Knowledge of billing processes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with effective communication and collaborative abilities.
