Analista de Fabricação

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing data and issue relevant reports
• Schedule manufacturing based on production orders and the master production plan
• Manage material demand to ensure manufacturing requirements are met
• Develop manufacturing routing for medium complexity processes
• Execute the Master Production Plan and monitor performance indicators
• Ensure compliance with the Andritz Production System and ISO standards (9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001)
• Adhere to all company safety, hygiene, and disciplinary guidelines

Requirements

• Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Chemical)
• Proficiency in SAP
• Experience with AutoCAD and MS Project
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of ABNT technical standards and metrology
• Basic English and Basic Spanish skills
• Understanding of industrial materials specifications and production processes
