Analista de Excelencia Operativa

Responsibilities

• Generate timely operational indicators, reports, and operational alerts to ensure unified knowledge and control.
• Monitor and follow up on data and trends to track progress against the strategic operational improvement plan.
• Support operational projects by implementing improvements that benefit the operation and harmonize parallel projects.
• Provide immediate attention to operational contingencies to control risks and resolve service incidents or weather-related issues.
• Perform audits, advisory, and training on the use of operational tools to avoid rework and unnecessary costs.

Requirements

• University degree in Logistics or an administrative field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Logistics.
• Intermediate proficiency in PC use and database management.
• Knowledge of productivity and efficiency indicators.
• Understanding of supply chain processes, route administration, and geographic knowledge of the country.
