Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and monitor collection strategies, including relationship journeys, segmentation, and contact channels for high-risk and high-volume portfolios.
• Monitor and manage area KPIs, identifying deviations and proposing continuous improvements based on data.
• Extract and manipulate large volumes of data using Databricks or other Big Data/Data Lake platforms to enable tactical and strategic changes.
• Manage the area's budget, balancing operational collection costs with available budget.
• Monitor and plan the service capacity of partner offices against account volume.
• Utilize Speech Analytics tools to calibrate service channels and measure office performance.
• Lead the structuring of automated flows, including portfolio overlap treatment and collection engines for new products.
• Develop and manage end-to-end negotiation campaigns, from structuring and segmentation to result verification.
• Participate in executive committees and forums to align campaigns with internal commercial strategies.

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
• Solid experience as a Senior Collection Analyst, focusing on strategy, performance, and policy management (discount and installment elasticity).
• Practical experience using Databricks and/or Data Lake environments for data extraction and analytics, with proficiency in SQL.
• Proven experience with the implementation and parameterization of Collection Engines.
• Experience developing tactical reports and dashboards using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to create data-driven presentations and materials for Executive Committees.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with digital collection channels and tools to drive credit recovery.
• Knowledge of applying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to collection processes.
