Analista de Distribución

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and optimize the distribution network to ensure timely, safe, and efficient deliveries.
• Analyze demand patterns and shipment volumes to propose efficient routes and segmentations.
• Manage operational planning by assigning resources based on projected capacity and demand.
• Monitor real-time delivery performance and implement corrective actions to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• Evaluate and implement technological solutions such as advanced TMS or AI-driven optimization.
• Develop strategies to reduce logistics costs while maintaining high service quality.
• Present key performance indicators (KPIs) to management, including On-Time Delivery (OTD), cost per delivery, and route productivity.

Requirements

• Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution, transportation, or courier services.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, database management, and logistics management software.
• Proven knowledge in route optimization, cost control, and resource planning.
• Strong understanding of local geography and last-mile delivery processes.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
