Analista de Datos y Planeación

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the daily flow of reverse logistics processes within the distribution center to optimize operational resources and headcount.
• Resolve complex operational problems through volume data analysis, detecting deviations and proposing productivity improvements.
• Design visualization tools and control dashboards to simplify short-term planning views for rapid decision-making.
• Efficiently communicate and transmit relevant operational flow information to various support areas within the company.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in production planning, supply chain management, logistics, or distribution.
• University degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge and proficiency in data analysis, databases, and spreadsheet tools.
• Experience with data visualization tools or management dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL.
• Knowledge of Python.
