Analista de Cuentas Especiales

Responsibilities

• Manage special accounts comprehensively, ensuring correct policy administration and end-to-end claims follow-up.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and Zurich, proactively resolving inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, commercial, underwriting, and claims to ensure high-quality service.
• Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs), maintaining daily logs, system notes, and timely client communications.
• Analyze account information to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in key account management, policy administration, or customer service.
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial sectors is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and administrative management systems.
• Knowledge of Motor General Conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of insurance products and underwriting processes.
• Experience in policy administration within a high-volume environment.
