Analista de Créditos Comerciales

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to sales executives to ensure the correct integration of credit files
• Receive and follow up on credit files that are not automatically approved by the system
• Review credit granting criteria in accordance with applicable regulations and norms
• Offer alternative solutions or request missing documentation to complete credit requirements
• Manage requests for credit exceptions according to established regulatory frameworks
• Monitor pending cases in the pipeline and act as a liaison between territorial management and branches
• Support the branch network in analyzing, reviewing, and processing commercial credits to optimize sales time and control overdue portfolio indices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in administrative control
• Strong effective communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in credit analysis
