About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the collection of the client portfolio
- Monitor and manage monthly collection budgets
- Perform analysis, reconciliation, and cleanup of client accounts
- Collaborate with clients to identify necessary collection documents and supporting evidence
- Monitor credit agreements and suspend services in cases of delinquency
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree (indispensable)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Credit and Collections Analyst
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent professional presentation

- Experience working with SAP
