Analista de Controladoria Senior

Responsibilities

• Execute accounting routines ensuring compliance with local and international standards (CPC, IFRS, and USGaap)
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, including the preparation of reconciliations and management reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Manage intercompany controls and support the tax team with tax calculations and ancillary obligations (ECD, ECF, DCTFWeb)
• Support revenue recognition processes and manage accounting for asset and liability accounts
• Participate in internal projects focused on continuous process improvement, innovation, and governance
• Assist with internal and external audits by preparing technical documentation and evidence
• Act as a technical reference for accounting and corporate matters to support business areas and strategic decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with an active CRC registration
• Consolidated experience in controlling and finance, preferably within multinational companies
• Strong expertise in accounting, including financial statements and ancillary obligations
• Proficiency in Brazilian (CPC) and international (IFRS and USGaap) accounting standards
• Experience with intercompany controls and revenue recognition processes
• Hands-on experience using integrated management systems, specifically Oracle
• Proactive, organized, and analytical profile with a results-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
