Analista de Control de Riesgo Operativo

Responsibilities

• Evaluate branch conditions to determine suitability for inventory processes.
• Execute physical inventory processes in accordance with established protocols.
• Analyze and determine solutions for problems arising during operational processes.
• Conduct branch audits to evaluate image and execution of institutional programs.
• Perform cash counts and validate the delivery of values to Panamericano.
• Analyze inventory differences and determine final results.
• Perform complete mapping of current operational risks.
• Implement corrective actions based on risk analysis.
• Generate weekly risk follow-up reports for management.
• Train operational teams on risk control procedures.
• Participate actively in internal audits and present findings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operational risk analysis and control.
• Experience in the retail or consumer goods sector.
• Knowledge of regulations and best practices in risk management.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and internal control tools.
• Intermediate English level.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site at the assigned location.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in risk management (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000).
• Experience in internal or external auditing.
