About the role
Responsibilities
- Evaluate branch conditions to determine suitability for inventory processes
- Execute physical inventory processes in accordance with established protocols
- Conduct branch audits to evaluate image and execution of institutional programs to ensure quality customer service
- Analyze inventory discrepancies and determine final results
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate operational risks to ensure process continuity and efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in operational risk control or inventory management
- Experience working within the retail sector
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
- Experience using ERP software or internal control systems
- Knowledge of risk management regulations and standards
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to work onsite and adapt to changing environments
