Analista de Control de Egresos

Responsibilities

• Receive invoices from different user areas within GFB
• Validate internal expenditure control regulations for supplier payments
• Report and follow up on incidents detected during the validation process
• Record invoices in the SAP system
• Create accounting databases for invoices to be paid

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Computer Systems and Finance
• 1 year of experience in accounting administration, accounts payable, or financial reconciliations
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (Databases)
• Knowledge of SAP FICO module (desirable)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerApps, OneNote, and Planner
• Basic understanding of the fiscal environment (CFDI 4.0, VAT Law, ISR, and Federal Tax Code)
