Analista de Contratos

Responsibilities

• Review, dictate, and activate banking contracts for individuals and legal entities to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Verify documentation for contract openings and validate data using official platforms such as INE, SAT, and CURP.
• Assign contract numbers, generate contractual kits, link tokens, and activate services.
• Integrate, prepare, and send files for digitization, archiving, or coordination with branches and internal departments.
• Collaborate with FATCA-CRS and UPLD areas to ensure the correct admission, activation, or declination of prospects.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Law, Economic-Administrative areas, or a related field.
• Experience in document review, including articles of incorporation and powers of attorney.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and document validation processes (INE, SAT, CURP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle sensitive information.
